Your tracking number is sent to your email inbox as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your Spam / Promotions folder if you don't see it. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@malere.com with your order number.
Order status meanings
- Processing: Order received. Preparing for shipment (1–2 business days).
- Shipped: Your order is with DHL — tracking active.
- In Transit: On the way to your local delivery hub.
- Out for Delivery: With the local courier for delivery today.
- Delivered: Order handed over to you or your address.
